Job summary

Sardi's is hiring a Lobby Ambassador to greet and welcome guests, guide them through the lobby, and ensure a friendly, safe environment. You will upsell our products, answer questions, and maintain cleanliness while delivering excellent service.

This role emphasizes hospitality, responsiveness, and teamwork, with a focus on making guests feel at home and ensuring a positive dining experience for every visitor.

Responsibilities

• Greet + welcome guests
• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell our products
• Guide our guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pick-up order, in-store orders, etc.)
• Host our Guests: Make them feel comfortable + their visit enjoyable
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner
• Accurately answer guest’s questions
• Be able to handle + solve difficult situations
• Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests + team members
• Practice food safety procedures
