Job summary

Sardi's in Maryland is hiring Customer Experience Ambassadors to create a welcoming lobby environment and deliver outstanding guest service. You will be the first point of contact, share enthusiasm about our food and team, and help guests have a memorable dining experience.

The role focuses on greeting guests, answering questions, handling difficult situations gracefully, and ensuring safety and cleanliness while representing the brand with a friendly, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet + welcome guests!
• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell our products
• Guide our guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pick-up order, in-store orders, etc.)
• Host our Guests: Make them feel comfortable + their visit Enjoyable!
• Answer the phone in a friendly matter
• Accurately answer guest’s questions
• Be able to handle + solve difficult situations
• Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests + team members
• Practice food safety procedures
