Job summary

Sardi's in Beltsville, MD is hiring a Customer Experience Ambassador to greet guests, provide friendly service, upsell products, and guide visitors through the lobby and stores. You’ll be the first friendly face guests see and the main contact as they dine with us.

Responsibilities include answering phones, resolving guest questions and issues, maintaining cleanliness and food safety procedures, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

• Greet and welcome guests
• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell products
• Guide guests through the lobby, restrooms, pick-up orders, and in-store orders
• Host guests and ensure their visit is enjoyable
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner
• Accurately answer guest questions
• Handle and resolve difficult situations
• Say farewell and invite guests to return
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of guests and team members
• Follow food safety procedures
