Job summary

Sardi’s is seeking friendly and energetic Customer Experience Ambassadors to welcome guests in the lobby and create a memorable dining experience. As the first contact, you will greet guests, assist with ordering, answer questions, upsell products, guide guests through the lobby and pickup areas, and ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable visit for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the lobby.
• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell products.
• Guide guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pickup orders, in-store orders).
• Host guests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner.
• Respond to guest questions accurately.
• Manage difficult situations professionally.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security for guests and team.
• Follow food safety procedures.
