Responsibilities

• Process registration and billing using the computer system.
• Handle payments, vouchers, and foreign currency exchange.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests and staff.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with guest complaints and emergencies using good judgment.
