You’ll handle reservations, inquiries, and guest needs with a courteous, responsive approach, while working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior hotel experience is a plus, with strong communication and tech skills valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills in a guest-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs.
• Proficiency with hotel software and front desk systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and check them in/out accurately.
• Provide local information and assist with reservations and inquiries.
