Job summary

Responsibilities

• The Guest Coordinator engages with guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services and products.
• Handles salon bookings, returns, exchanges, and guest inquiries.
• Provides knowledgeable service recommendations and builds guest loyalty.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborates with managers, stylists, and skin therapists to deliver a 360° guest experience.
