Responsibilities

• Support the experiences team by handling bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Promote current promotions and events; invite guests to try services and products.
• Assist with service and event bookings to deliver a superior guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and store policies.
