Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists on a floor-level to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Owns center performance and consistently meets or exceeds sales, service, and retail goals.
• Coaches and mentors associates, executing training programs and fostering growth.
• Maintains brand standards, visual presentation, and a clean, guest-ready environment.
• Manages schedules and labor, monitors inventory, and ensures safety and compliance.
• Communicates goals and feedback clearly to the team and leadership.
