Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests in-store and by phone, promoting services and products while representing the Ulta Beauty brand.

You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, drive service and retail sales, manage scheduling and guest records, and help create a welcoming, 360-degree guest experience in the salon and boutique areas. Prior retail or salon experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with sales, products, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and greet guests in-store and on the salon floor.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges courteously.
• Manage appointment bookings and guest records in the scheduling system.
• Promote current promos and invite guests to experience services.
• Support teammates and maintain a clean, compliant salon environment.
