Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon services, and support the Experiences Manager and Assistant Services Manager. This role focuses on service/retail sales, guest service, and in-store events while ensuring compliance with store and brand standards.

A passion for the beauty industry and strong customer service is essential. The position requires 1 year of relevant experience, high school diploma (preferred), and the ability to work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology and POS systems.
• Ability to build/maintain customer relationships and communicate effectively.
• Experience handling sales, service, and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services in-store and by phone.
• Assist with booking appointments and managing the services schedule.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Support the services team and contribute to achieving sales goals.
