• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through one-on-one interactions in-store and over the phone.
• Support the services team by answering salon calls, resolving concerns, and managing bookings and guest records.
• Influence and support service providers in appointment pages, rebooking, and new guest acquisition behaviors.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
