Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy.
• Answer salon calls, manage bookings and guest records, and assist with salon flow.
• Promote services and events and recommend products to guests.
• Support service providers with scheduling and new guest acquisition.
