Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests, promote salon and store services, and support the Experience Manager in achieving service and retail goals. You will handle calls and in-person interactions, manage bookings, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, tech proficiency, and teamwork, with a focus on delivering a 360° guest experience across salon, skincare, and beauty departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient with technology; sales experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ulta Beauty services and drive sales and guest loyalty.
• Answer salon phone calls and assist guests in-person with bookings and questions.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver a great guest experience.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with state guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and organization; support scheduling and guest flow.
