Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Bell Person at Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach. The role primarily assists arriving and departing guests by transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and responding to guest requests with courtesy and professionalism.

The Bell Attendant will work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment across hotel areas, including lobby and corridors, and may be required to work outdoors.

Formación

• Previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred.
• Professional verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Reading and writing abilities to complete departmental records and logs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Greet arriving guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and secure/store luggage per guest request.
• Direct guests to appropriate hotel staff for questions and special requests.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and inform supervisor of issues.
• Promote hotel facilities and services and provide information on local attractions.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards and perform other duties as assigned.
