Job summary

Think Hospitality in Miami Beach seeks a friendly bell attendant to assist guests during arrival and departure, provide information about hotel services and local attractions, and support front desk operations as needed. You'll also deliver items, escort guests to rooms, and help maintain lobby cleanliness.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to walk and stand for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Fluency in job related English both verbal and non-verbal.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves guest items from cars, buses, vans and carts and assists with loading luggage.
• Escorts guests to guestrooms and informs engineering of any deficiencies.
• Provides directions to nearby attractions and assists with taxi requests.
• Delivers faxes, packages, and newspapers to guestrooms and maintains guest logs.
• Ensures lobby and entrance areas are clean and presentable.
