Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Miami Beach is seeking a Bell Person to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures. You will transport luggage, tag/store bags, and coordinate with staff to meet guest requests.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality passion, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires flexibility for variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and guest interaction
• Strong interpersonal and customer service approach
• Reading and writing abilities to maintain logs and records

• Aiming to ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout the stay and services

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge arriving guests in a courteous manner
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms
• Secure, tag and store luggage at guest requests
• Direct guests to hotel staff for food, laundry, concierge, or housekeeping needs
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and inform supervisor of major issues
• Promote hotel facilities and local attractions to guests
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
• Perform other duties as requested by management
