Highgate Hotels in Miami is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, handle luggage, and support arrivals and departures with a focus on exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, a team mindset, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected, with opportunities to contribute to a luxury hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education preferred.
• One (1) year of customer service experience required; previous experience in luxury hotel settings is a plus.
• Must be able to lift heavy baggage up to 80 lbs.
• Strong communication and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents at hotel entrance, assist with luggage and packages.
• Load, unload and transport luggage to rooms and vehicles.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel features and services.
• Maintain luggage storage records and proper tagging.
• Deliver packages and items to rooms and residences as requested.
• Assist with front drive traffic flow and coordinate taxis or rideshares.
• Respond to guest inquiries with personalized recommendations.
• Answer Front Service calls promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a positive, energetic service mindset throughout shifts.
