Job summary

Brightline Trains in Florida is hiring a Train Attendant to join the Onboard Service team. You will help Guests locate seats, escort them as needed, and provide beverages and snacks while ensuring a safe, enjoyable journey aboard the train.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least six months of guest service or food & beverage experience, and the ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Training for Food Handler certification is supported.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in guest service, sales, or food & beverage service.
• Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs and train schedules.
• Must be able to complete Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests in locating seats and escort them as appropriate.
• Provide Food & Beverage service to Guests throughout the train, using QR ordering and cart service.
• Have complete knowledge of all F&B menu offerings.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and snacks, ensuring Guest satisfaction.
