Brightline in Florida seeks an Onboard Supervisor to lead hospitality operations onboard trains and in stations. You will supervise teammates across the corridor, ensuring safety, service excellence, and financial performance.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and adherence to SOPs. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a strong guest-first culture in a fast-paced transit environment.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in hospitality, business, retail, or hotel operations preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, transportation, or service environments.
• Experience in guest service, food and beverage operations, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to guest experience technology platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee onboard guest-facing operations including food and beverage, retail, baggage handling, and train cleanliness.
• Coach teammates and ensure adherence to safety, service standards, and SOPs.
• Directly supervise Teammates, conduct performance reviews, and assist with hiring decisions.
• Champion guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and implementing action plans to exceed expectations.
• Supervise onboard revenue initiatives, control costs, and monitor financial metrics.
• Maintain safety and security standards for guests and teammates, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Rail Operations, contractors, and vendors to optimize train performance.
• Monitor company communications channels and ensure timely dissemination of information.
