Job summary

Brightline Trains LLC in Florida is seeking a Train Attendant to join the Onboard Service team. You will ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for Guests, assist with seating, escort Guests, and deliver Food & Beverage service aboard the train.

Role requires flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays; a High School Diploma or GED is required, with certification in Food Handling within 90 days of hire. Excellent guest relations and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in guest service, sales, or food & beverage service.
• Must be able and willing to work any shift, weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Must complete Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests in locating seats and escort them as appropriate.
• Provide Food & Beverage service to Guests aboard the train, including QR ordering and cart service.
• Prepare and serve beverages and snacks, adhering to company standards; engage with Guests.
• Handle escalated Guest concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with cleanliness and resetting of passenger areas during station turns.
