Job summary

Brightline Trains is seeking a guest service professional for onboard roles in Florida. You will assist Guests, deliver food and beverage service on trains, and manage beverage preparation while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities include handling escalated guest concerns, assisting with seating and baggage, and supporting onboard communications and operations throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months’ experience in guest service, sales, or F&B service.
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must complete Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests in locating seats and escort them as needed, and help with baggage.
• Provide F&B service on the train using QR ordering and cart service.
• Serve beverages and snacks per Brightline standards and verify ID for alcohol.
• Handle escalated guest concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Support onboard operations, communicate with the Onboard team, and assist in maintaining service flow.
