Job summary

Brightline Trains LLC seeks a Train Attendant in West Palm Beach to join the Onboard Service team. You will ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience, assist with seating, serve Food & Beverage, manage luggage, and respond to guest needs with a friendly, professional approach.

Role requires flexibility for various shifts, weekends, and holidays; travel on board is part of the job; expect interactions across multiple onboard teams. Compensation starts at $20/hr plus tips.

Qualifications

• Requires guest service experience and ability to assist Guests with seating and baggage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, moving train environment and ensure safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests with seating and escort as needed.
• Provide Food & Beverage service and QR ordering throughout the train.
• Prepare and serve beverages and snacks to Brightline standards; engage with Guests.
• Serve alcoholic beverages with strict ID checks and responsible service.
• Resolve guest concerns in a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness on board and at stations.
