Job summary

Brightline Trains in Florida is seeking an Onboard Lead to join the Onboard Service team. You will model exceptional service, support onboard operations, and ensure a safe, elevated experience for our Guests.

This role requires a people-person who can own their zone, learn quickly, and bounce back from setbacks. You will guide Guest services, beverage service, safety compliance, and sales during train journeys, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum six months’ experience in guest service, sales, or food & beverage service.
• Must be able and willing to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs and train schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests in locating seats and escort them as appropriate; assist with baggage when feasible.
• Provide food and beverage service throughout the train using QR ordering and cart service.
• Know all F&B menu offerings and allergens; prepare and serve beverages and snacks per standards.
