Job summary

Brightline Trains in Florida is hiring a Train Attendant to join the Onboard Service team. You will assist guests to seats, deliver Food & Beverage, explain menu options, and handle guest concerns with a friendly, professional approach while ensuring safety on a moving train.

The role requires flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds. Expect up to 75% travel as part of the job, with a competitive compensation and benefits package

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in guest service, sales, or food & beverage service.
Must be able and willing to work any shift, as well as on weekends and holidays based on operational needs and train schedules as necessary.
Must be able to complete Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Assist Guests in locating seats and escort as appropriate; confirm seat assignments.
Provide Food & Beverage service to Guests throughout the train using QR ordering and cart service.
Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages and snacks adhering to Brightline standards.
