Qualifications

• Front desk experience or strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel systems; StayNTouch experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins/check-outs professionally.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest communications (phone, email, in person).
• Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate records; resolve guest concerns with empathy and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
• Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area.
