Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of front desk experience in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiar with Opera PMS or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous check-in/check-out.
• Verify guest details, reservations, and payments.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and walk-ins.
• Provide information on services, rates, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain PMS records and coordinate with other departments.
• Upsell hotel services and packages when appropriate.
• Ensure front desk area is clean and organized.
