Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, or related roles preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and efficient manner and handle inquiries.
• Check-in and check-out guests and reserve rooms as needed.
• Respond to reservations and guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Upsell room nights to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle billing, payments, and front desk log updates accurately.
• Attend meetings and assist departments during peak periods.
