Job summary

Coury Hospitality in Dallas, TX is seeking a Front Desk professional to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will set up guest accounts, handle payments, and maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions while collaborating with Valets, Bellstaff, Sales and Accounting teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk experience and customer service background.
• Cash handling and basic accounting skills are preferred.
• Experience with Opera or Lightspeed is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist as needed.
• Check-in/check-out guests with accurate room, rate, and payment details.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and hours.
• Train and develop Front Desk staff and provide feedback to management.
• Resolve guest issues and implement service recovery when needed.
• Process payments and cash handling in accordance with procedures.
• Communicate guest information to relevant departments and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure proper key control and participate in safety procedures.
• Collaborate with front office, Valets, Bellmen, Sales and Accounting teams.
