Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver outstanding member experiences at our clubs. You will greet members, handle check-ins, assist prospective members, conduct tours, and support account updates, while maintaining a welcoming, clean, and professional club environment.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, assist callers, check members in, sign up new members, give tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally; escalate to management when necessary.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and overall appearance.
