Job summary

JSK Hospitality is seeking a front office associate at our Mishawaka-area hotel to deliver warm, brand-standard service from arrival to departure. You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, assist guests with requests, and enroll guests in the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills; hospitality or retail experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with PMS systems; cash handling ability.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check-ins and check-outs; manage reservations and payments.
• Assist guests with requests, directions, local information, and special needs.
• Upsell rooms and services; promote hotel amenities.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and front desk area.
