Job summary

JSK Hospitality LLC is seeking a front desk associate to provide warm, brand-standard service from arrival to departure at our SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Mishawaka, IN. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, and guest requests while maintaining a professional appearance.

The role includes upselling rooms, promoting hotel amenities, and ensuring lobby areas are inviting. Prior hospitality experience is a plus and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service; hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer and PMS; cash handling ability.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out, manage reservations, and process payments.
• Assist with guest requests and local information.
• Upsell rooms and services; promote hotel amenities.
• Maintain lobby and front desk appearance.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and shift reports.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly or escalate as needed.
• Support other departments for seamless operations.
• Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Enroll guests in the Marriott loyalty program.
