ZMC Hotels, LLC is seeking a friendly front desk associate for our Mishawaka property. You will greet guests, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment during peak hours with a smile. If you enjoy helping people and working with a team, this role fits you.

Shifts are 8 hours long, spanning 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. We value customer service, punctuality, and teamwork to ensure guests have a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Must possess thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guests are treated efficiently and staff adhere to standards.
• Address guest concerns and ensure follow-up.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly arrivals, departures and guest contact.
