Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command at Great Lakes is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Navy Gateway Inn and Suites. You will handle all stages of guests stay, assist with reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out while ensuring privacy and security.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions about lodging facilities and local attractions, using the PMS to manage reservations, balance transactions, and coordinate with staff to resolve issues. This role is open to U.S.

Qualifications

• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR HAVE LIVED IN THE U.S. FOR THREE YEARS.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest stay from check-in to check-out, including reservations, payments, and room assignments.
• Greet guests, answer questions about lodging facilities and local attractions, and provide information.
• Use the Property Management System to access guest information, manage reservations, and balance transactions.
• Coordinate with staff to resolve guest issues and ensure front desk operations, safety, and privacy.
