Job summary

The Navy Exchange Service Command in Illinois is hiring for a Front Desk Clerk at a Navy Gateway Inn and Suites. You will handle guest check-ins, reservations, and cashiering, while maintaining guest satisfaction and security.

As the first point of contact, you will use the PMS, answer inquiries, process payments, and coordinate with lodging staff to ensure a smooth stay. Benefits begin on day one, including healthcare and PTO. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations and lobby appearance.
• Process room reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out.
• Use the PMS to access guest information and modify reservations.
• Answer inquiries about lodging facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain security, safety, and privacy of guests.
