Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, payments, and check-in/out.
• Greet guests and maintain outstanding guest relations.
• Use PMS to access and modify reservations; verify registrations and charges.
• Balance shift transactions and maintain records.
• Answer calls on a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Keep front desk and lobby area clean and secure.
• Assist in training Front Desk staff as needed.
