Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command in Memphis is seeking a GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I (FLEX) to be the first point of contact for guests at Navy Gateway Inn and Suites or Navy Lodge. You will manage stays, reservations, payments, and check-in/out while ensuring guest privacy and safety.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, answering questions, coordinating with staff, maintaining lobby and front desk operations, and handling guest inquiries; weekend/holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• One year general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.
