Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.
• Preferred: Prior experience in food service and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, uphold high service standards, and assist with product selection.
• Operate the register, process payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and balance the drawer at shift end.
• Follow ID verification laws when selling age-restricted products such as alcohol or tobacco.
• Assist customers at assisted checkout terminals and prevent theft.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages per recipes, ensuring quality and speed.
• Restock products and check expiration codes; maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Report unsafe conditions to store leadership and follow SOPs and brand standards.
