Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless shopping experience. You’ll support Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns, order pickups, and related tasks while upholding Macy's service standards.

This role requires multitasking, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset. You'll work in a fast-paced setting with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring the store is inviting and welcoming to every guest.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication with customers, peers, and supervisors.
• Ability to understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Proactive in meeting daily sales goals and supporting store teams.
• Comfort with using electronic devices and checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with BOPS, returns, and order pickups.
• Maintain a clean, organized At Your Service area and assist with curbside pickup.
• Engage customers with hospitality and explain loyalty benefits.
• Meet daily sales goals and support team with product knowledge.
