Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and hospitality, support BOPS, returns, order pickups and assigned tasks.
• Assist customers in total store fulfillment and ensure friction-free pickup experiences.
• Maintain clean, organized pick-up and return areas and assist with curbside delivery.
• Promote Loyalty benefits and guide customers through checkout with accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver consistent service and achieve store goals.
• Support one another with honesty and care to improve store results.
