• Support At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), returns, and order pickups; uphold Macy's service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping space and assist customers to ensure a friction-free pickup experience.
• Help customers with loyalty benefits and guide them through transactions using store systems.
• Engage customers with genuine hospitality, manage inquiries, and build lasting relationships.
