Job summary

Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience. You will support BOPIS, merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks while upholding Macy's service standards.

Role requires multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and help keep the store inviting for every customer who walks in.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies in English.
• Strong communication with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to meet daily sales goals and participate in loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and engage in personal conversations.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS), returns, order pickups, and related tasks.
• Proactively keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting.
• Explain loyalty benefits and help customers with membership enrollment where applicable.
• Support teamwork and collaboration to deliver excellent store results.
