Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to provide a seamless, personalized shopping experience. You’ll support Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns, and order pickups while upholding Macy's service standards.

We value multitasking, problem solving, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Read and understand policies and safety rules in English

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming store presence
• Assist with BOPS, returns, order pickups, and related tasks
• Proficiently operate systems to complete transactions
• Keep pickup and return areas organized and friction-free
• Promote Loyalty program benefits to customers
• Support one another with honesty, care and collaboration
