Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, professional service and process sales orders in a fast-paced store environment.

You will handle payments, support store administration, and assist with inventory and reporting while helping customers with billing, delivery scheduling, and financing details. Flexible weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic system transactions.
• Experience in customer service, office, and/or administrative tasks preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Ashley guests in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Process sales orders, handle payments, and assist with daily store tasks.
• Support store administration and accounting tasks; balance cash and assist with closing.
• Assist with inventory and loss prevention efforts and complete daily reports.
• Collaborate with sales team to coordinate deliveries and financing arrangements.
