Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service/administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk & Customer Service: greet customers and handle in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Sales Order Support: process orders with required docs and approvals.
• Customer Account Management: process credit applications and maintain records.
• Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: handle payments and reconcile per policy.
• Customer Issue Resolution: address inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Audit & Compliance Assistance: support audits and inventory checks.
• Reporting & Documentation: maintain records and prepare routine reports.
• Team Collaboration: work with sales and store staff for a smooth experience.
• Technology & Systems: use POS, retail software, and MS Office to perform duties.
