Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly front-line contact in our Cedar Park store. Help with greeting customers, processing orders, managing accounts, and supporting sales operations with accuracy and care.

You will use POS and retail software, handle cash and payments, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth store operations. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Process sales orders and ensure accuracy and approvals.
• Maintain customer accounts and assist with financing arrangements.
• Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Support audits, inventory, and documentation for compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and routine reports.
