Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in-store. You will handle front-desk duties, process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and support store operations with accuracy and professionalism.

You will use POS and retail software, contribute to a positive customer experience, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic system transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service at the front desk.
• Assist with processing sales orders accurately and obtain approvals.
• Manage customer accounts and assist with financing arrangements.
