Job summary

Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience. You will support BOPS, returns, and order pickups while upholding Macy's service standards, in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Flexibility across shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will help keep the store inviting, assist with loyalty benefits, and collaborate with a team to meet sales goals and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication with customers and co-workers.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage them to build relationships.
• Assist customers in BOPS, returns, and order pickups; complete transactions in store systems.
• Keep pickup/return areas organized and ensure a friction-free customer experience.
• Promote Loyalty program benefits and related services to customers.
• Support teammates and maintain a clean, inviting shopping space.
