Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges and assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other tasks.
• Engage customers with genuine hospitality, build relationships, and promote loyalty benefits.
• Ensure pickup/return areas are clean and organized to provide a friction-free customer experience.
• Recover merchandise and maintain a clean, inviting shopping space.
