Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Able to acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and returns.
• Support total store fulfillment and be proficient in systems to complete transactions.
• Keep pickup and return areas clean and organized for a friction-free customer experience.
• Promote loyalty benefits and finish interactions with a sincere thank-you.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals.
